Creating my account

To use our services in aCuba.com, you must create an account. There are two ways to create an account in aCuba.

First option 

Step 1: Navigate to our website acuba.com and the first main menu option "My Account" takes you to the registration page. On the left option to create a new account click on "Create new account"
Step 2: On the registration form you must complete the information requested, and click on the green button "Create new account"

Second option

Navigate to our website acuba.com to the top right menu link "create account". This link takes you to the page where the registration form is, once there you must provide the information requested, and click on the green button "Create new account".

REMEMBER:

When creating your account you will be sent an email with a link to verify your account, please go to it and click on it so you can activate your account.

In case you no longer have this email you can access your account resetting your password, to do so:
1 - Go to the link https://acuba.com/recovery
2 - Write the e-mail you registered in aCuba with
3 - Click on the "Submit" button and the system will send a new email to the email address which you registered with and you must follow the instructions

When finished your account will be enabled.
