You can manage your mobile phones and landlines in aCuba, a very important detail is that we verify the phones from which you access.
You must first enter aCuba with your access information and once inside, go to the main menu "My Account" and then click "My Phones" drop menu.
To add a phone in "My Phones" panel
1 - Click on "Add new phone".
2 - Fill out the form that appears, which allows you to select the phone type (mobile, landline), the country of residence (important for the system to know the country code) and the phone itself (no prefix of any kind).
3 - Click the "Save" button to save the new number.
4 - Once added, you have to verify the phone, through the "Verify" button, select call or sms method.
5 - You will receive a 4-digit code, almost automatically via the selected method, which you must then use to fill in the space designated for it. Your phone then switches to "verified".
To modify-edit a phone
1 - Each phone has a green pen on right side which allows you to edit it. You can modify the phone type (mobile, landline), the country of residence (important for the system to know the country code) and the phone itself (without any prefix)
2 - Click the "Save" button to save your changes.
To delete a phone
1 - You will see that each phone has a red cross on the right which allows you to remove that phone.
2 - You will get a confirmation screen to confirm or cancel.
